The brief
A personalised product is hard to sell when nobody knows in advance what it will look like. Any photo had to become a real 3D figurine — and the customer had to see it, rotate it and approve it before paying a cent. At the same time, every order had to reach the workshop in Augsburg without manual paperwork.
The solution
I built the shop from the ground up: a three-step upload wizard, an AI pipeline behind it that turns the photo into a 3D model, and an interactive viewer for the free preview. Only after approval does the ordering and production process begin. Orders, preview approvals and customer communication run through a connected CRM layer — one continuous flow from the first upload to dispatch.

Three-step upload wizard
Upload a photo, pick a style, let it generate. Drag & drop, camera capture, gallery picker and image URL — every route feeds the same flow, on mobile just as on desktop.
AI-driven 3D generation
The AI integration handles image preparation, model generation and style variants. A blurry snapshot becomes a printable model — with nobody modelling by hand.
Preview before checkout
The rotatable 3D viewer is the sales argument: see it first, then pay. That removes the biggest hurdle to buying a personalised product.
Campaign landing page /tierliebe
A standalone landing page for the pet audience — its own imagery, tone of voice and funnel, but the same technical foundation and the same ordering process.
Bilingual and search-friendly
German and English with clean URLs, server-side rendering and structured data — a prerequisite for a young shop to be found at all.
End-to-end customer flow
Upload, preview, approval, order, production, dispatch: every step is modelled in the system and triggers the right notification instead of getting lost in an inbox.
